Ocha
Flying ANA back. Going to 3-4 countries a trip for tea is not unusual, but never have I felt as much contrast. Just as much as China was the 18th level hell, Japan is at least the 2nd or 3rd heaven. At least at the customer service, cleanliness, orderliness, respect, politeness, thoughtfulness, human consideration level. The flight attendant bows and apologizes for the fact that I stood too long...
teaformeplease1 asked: I just wanted to say that I've really enjoyed your posts about this buying trip to China. Traveling is never easy but your pictures are beautiful and I'm sure that the teas you are bringing back will be worth it.
What to get excited about
We host an annual Spring Harvest party, where the latest greatest teas will be presented, my trip and all its macabre particulars are shared, and over the years, customers connect to the tea artisans like old friends.
This year it will be on May 23rd:

The highest, highest, highest grade
I have just discovered what is above Premium, King’s, and Competition grade teas:
Leader Grade 領袖級
The grade of tea fitting to grease the palms of the Communist government official and make life outstanding in China.
